Amie Balchunas takes pride in holding herself to a high set of standards with integrity and dedication to her clients and the community. She provides white glove service achieved through 15 years of performance, trust and communication, passion for analytics, and tactical reasoning for our evolving market. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design in Massachusetts. Her passion for homes and design led her to real estate, where she understands and meets clients' needs and can effectively help them accomplish their goals.
After achieving her Broker's license in Florida in 2019, she decided to make the move from Massachusetts to South Florida, where she helped open the Fort Lauderdale Lamacchia Realty office. Amie is also very involved in the local MLS board and is a member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce with Lamacchia Realty. She was also featured in Real Producer magazine as Rising Star and was a speaker at Crush It in Fort Lauderdale in 2022.
